Instructions
Fry onion, carrot, leek, curry-, coriander-, cumin powder for a couple minutes. Add the broth and lentils and let it simmer for 35 minutes.
Puree the soup with the hand blender. Serve with a slice of lemon or fresh coriander.
(Don't soak red lentils)
