green beans

cucumber (chopped)

tomatoes (chopped)

tuna in oil
fresh parsley (finely chopped)
pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. Cook the green beans for 6 minutes.
Drain the quinoa and the green beans separate and rinse both in a colander under cold water. Drain well.
Mix together the green beans, cucumber, tomatoes and the quinoa and carefully mix in the tuna and parsley. Bring to a taste with pepper.
Serve in a bowl or divide over 4 plates.
You can add some extra vegetables like fried mushrooms, zucchini or red onion.
