Mix the ground beef with the egg ,panko or breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, clove powder, cumin and soya sauce. Make 8 medium size meatballs. Drain the peach but save the juice. You will need ¼ cup of the juice.
Fry the meatballs in the butter till they are browned. Add the peach and let simmer for a couple minutes. Add the beef broth and the peach juice and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Thicken the sauce with some prepared potato flour. (optional)
