Prepare the sauce: In a bowl mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, jam, ½ tbsp lemon juice and curry powder. Salt to taste. Put in the fridge until use.
Wash the strawberries. Remove the crowns. Half the bigger ones. Peel the kiwi's, cut into slices. Drain the peach slices. Peel the banana cut into slices and sprinkle with the rest of the lemon juice. Put aside some strawberries, kiwi, peach and banana for decoration.
Fold the rest of the fruit into the sauce. Decorate the rest of the fruit on top.
