corn on the cob (shucked)
some sprigs of parsley (chopped)
some sprigs of chives (chopped)

unsalted butter (room temperature)

small clove of garlic (minced)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat BBQ. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add Corn and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Drain corn.
Mix together the unsalted butter with salt, chopped parsley, chopped chives, minced garlic and pepper to taste.
BBQ corn for 6 minutes on all sides. When done brush the herb butter all sides of the corn.
For cheese lovers you can sprinkle some grated cheese over the corn to finish.
