Boil water in large pot. Add the noodles and cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes. Drain.
Drain the lychees
In the mean time chopped all the vegetables and meat.
Heat 3 tbsp of sunflower oil and start frying the onion then add the chicken or pork and fry for 3 minutes. Add all the other vegetables and garlic and fry for another couple minutes. Add the sauce and lychees and heat trough. Stir occasionally.
In a frying pan heat 2 tbsp of sunflower oil, stir in the noodles and add 1½ tbsp of soya sauce. Mix well and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the vegetable mixture from the other frying pan and mix everything together. Done!
