Mix together the beef, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper.
Boil the rice. Cook the asparagus for 6 min. and drain.
Heat the oil and stir fry the beef strips on high quickly. Take out of the pan and with the rest of the oil stir fry the asparagus for 3 to 5 minutes on high. Add the beef strips, oyster sauce and the lime juice. Turn down to medium heat.
Divide the rice and the stir fry over 4 plates and sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds.
