Ingredients
450gramfrozen cooked or raw shrimp
2clove of garlic (crushed)
1lemon
3 to 5tbspunsalted butter
1tbspoil
¾tspchili flakes (less spicy less flakes)
fresh parsley (chopped)
pinch of salt
Instructions
Thaw the shrimp in the fridge
Preheat BBQ. Put the grill pan on the barbeque and heat the butter/oil mix. Add the shrimp, crushed garlic, chili flakes and a pinch of salt. Bake for 3 to minutes. Grill the 2 lemon halves, cutting edge down.
When cooked, squeeze 1 lemon half. Sprinkle the lemon juice and parsley over the shrimp.
Taste very well with a salad, rice and vegetable or a simple bun.
