Baked Ham with Whisky Marmalade

Ingredients
  

  • 1 spiral ham with bone (or no bone)
  • sprinkle of pepper
  • 6 tbsp whisky marmalade or your own preference
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 325 F. Put aluminum on bottom of oven dish and put the tray on top.
  • Mix the whisky marmalade with the mustard. Score the fat on the meat in a crisscross fashion. Sprinkle with the pepper and brush the marmalade on top.
  • Bake the ham for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes and baste frequently until golden and crisp.
  • I found the whisky marmalade in my pantry that was bought at a local church for charity!
