Herb Pork Tenderloin
Equipment
- frying pan
Ingredients
- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh or dry rosemary
- 1 tbsp fresh or dry thyme
- 1 glove of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 tsp sea salt or kosher salt
Instructions
- In small bowl combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs, garlic and pepper. Rub the fillet with the mixture. If you have time for it wrap it in plastic and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Heat frying pan, sprinkle some salt on the tenderloin and fry for 15 to 20 minutes. To your liking. If you decide to cut the tenderloin into slices then it will take less time.
