Beef Stir Fry Strips with Asparagus

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram beef stir fry strips
  • 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
  • 100 gram rice
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 400 gram asparagus
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 lime (squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (roasted)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the beef, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Boil the rice. Cook the asparagus for 6 min. and drain.
  • Heat the oil and stir fry the beef strips on high quickly. Take out of the pan and with the rest of the oil stir fry the asparagus for 3 to 5 minutes on high. Add the beef strips, oyster sauce and the lime juice. Turn down to medium heat.
  • Divide the rice and the stir fry over 4 plates and sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds.
