Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter
Equipment
- Pot, BBQ
Ingredients
- 4 corn on the cob (shucked)
- some sprigs of parsley (chopped)
- some sprigs of chives (chopped)
- 100 gram unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 small clove of garlic (minced)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat BBQ. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add Corn and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Drain corn.
- Mix together the unsalted butter with salt, chopped parsley, chopped chives, minced garlic and pepper to taste.
- BBQ corn for 6 minutes on all sides. When done brush the herb butter all sides of the corn.
- For cheese lovers you can sprinkle some grated cheese over the corn to finish.
