Grilled Salmon
Equipment
- BBQ or Oven Grill
Ingredients
- 1 Salmon, with skin
- 1 lemon, zest
- couple sprigs of thyme
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat BBQ. Brush the lemon and grate the yellow of the lemon. Mix together the lemon zest, thyme leaves, sugar, paprika powder and salt and pepper. Rub the salmon with the mixture.
- Lay salmon, skin down in a perforated basket on the BBQ.Turn down the heat to medium. Check the salmon after 8 minutes. When not done leave for another couple minutes. It depends on the thickness of the salmon. Mine was done in 8 minutes.
- Very tasty with rice, green beans, Asperger or salad
