Cauliflower on the BBQ
Equipment
- BBQ, aluminium foil, knife, (blender)
Ingredients
- 1 fresh cauliflower
- 5 tbsp extra virgin oil
- 3 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp capers
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat BBQ
- Mix extra virgin oil, capers, parsley, chili flakes by hand or blender, add salt and pepper. Take off the biggest leaves of the cauliflower. Wash cauliflower. Brush with the mixed herbs. Wrap the whole cauliflower in aluminium foil.
- Put on BBQ, close lid and turn down to medium/high. BBQ for about 15 minutes. Turn the cauliflower around several times so it will be cooked on all sites. Stick knife true foil and test whether it is good. When it feels right take of the BBQ and put on plate. Spoon the released juices over the cauliflower.
