Barbeque Shrimp
Equipment
- Iron pan, aluminum pan
Ingredients
- 450 gram frozen cooked or raw shrimp
- 2 clove of garlic (crushed)
- 1 lemon
- 3 to 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- ¾ tsp chili flakes (less spicy less flakes)
- fresh parsley (chopped)
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Thaw the shrimp in the fridge
- Preheat BBQ. Put the grill pan on the barbeque and heat the butter/oil mix. Add the shrimp, crushed garlic, chili flakes and a pinch of salt. Bake for 3 to minutes. Grill the 2 lemon halves, cutting edge down.
- When cooked, squeeze 1 lemon half. Sprinkle the lemon juice and parsley over the shrimp.
- Taste very well with a salad, rice and vegetable or a simple bun.
