Muffin Tin Bacon and Egg
Equipment
- Muffin Tin
Ingredients
- 6 bacon slices
- 6 eggs
- alfalfa
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F / 200 C.
- Divide the bacon into the muffin cups. Make sure it sticks to the side. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Take it out and brake the eggs into the bacon. Bake for another 10 minutes. When done sprinkle with the alfalfa!Put salt and pepper on the side.
