Cauliflower Nuggets
Equipment
- bowls, baking sheet, parchment paper
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 5 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 cauliflower
- ⅔ cup panko
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F / 200 C.
- Place cauliflowers florets in a bowl and mix with 3 tbsp mayonnaise and 3 tbsp greek yogurt.
- In another bowl combine the panko, garlic powder, paprika powder and italian seasoning and mix well. Add the cauliflower mixture and stir.
- Place the cauliflower on a lined baking sheet (parchment paper). Bake for 30 minutes turning halfway.
- Prepare the sauce: Mix the leftover mayonnaise and greek yogurt with the sweet chili sauce.I added 1 extra tbsp of chili sauce to make it more spicy!Delicious served with the sauce.
