Omelet with Avocado
Equipment
- frying pan
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- olive oil
- couple mushrooms (sliced) the kind you like!
- 5 cherry tomatoes or 1 tomato (sliced)
- ½ avocado (sliced)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Beat the eggs. Fry the mushrooms put aside and add the eggs. You can either fry the tomatoes or add them later on. Sprinkle the avocado with some lemon.
- Make sure your plate is warm. Slide the omelet on the plate add tomato and avocado and fold. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with toast!
