Roasted Carrots
Equipment
- Baking sheet, Oven
Ingredients
- 350 gram carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- fresh parsley or dried parsley
- paprika powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F / 200 C.
- Peel carrots and then cut them on the diagonal so each piece is about ½ inch thick. Place the carrots on the baking sheet.
- Add the olive oil, salt, pepper and sprinkle the paprika powder and parsley over the carrots.Toss until carrots are coated. Arrange them in a single layer. Roast for 30 minutes.

I,love roasted veg. But, I have never used paprika on carrots. I will try this!
