Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
  

  • 350 gram carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh parsley or dried parsley
  • paprika powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F / 200 C.
  • Peel carrots and then cut them on the diagonal so each piece is about ½ inch thick. Place the carrots on the baking sheet.
  • Add the olive oil, salt, pepper and sprinkle the paprika powder and parsley over the carrots.
    Toss until carrots are coated. Arrange them in a single layer. Roast for 30 minutes.
