Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp pesto (green)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • tbsp bread crumbs (plain)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Mix the pesto with the bread crumbs. Spread the chicken thighs with the pesto and some green onions. Fold the chicken thighs in half and close them with the toothpicks.
  • Fry on low heat for 20 minutes and add a little bit of water if necessary.
  • Serve with rice, couscous, vegetable or salad!
  • If you like to make your own pesto: pistachio nuts, chopped garlic, lemon zest, red chili pepper, cumin, olive oil, coriander, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
