Ground Beef Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 300 gram lean ground beef
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp chili powder or flakes
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 dl yogurt (thick)
  • 200 gram green beans (pieces)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp cilantro or parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Fry onion in oil for approx. 5 minutes. Add the ground beef and fry the mince, stirring with a spatula to loosen it for 5 minutes. Add the ginger, garlic, cinnamon, chili powder or flakes, curry and yogurt. Stir and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  • In the mean time boil the green beans with salt al dente. Drain and add to the beef mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle it with some cilantro or parsley!
  • Delicious on a artisan or ciabatta bun!
