Warm Apples with Cinnamon

Ingredients
  

  • 6 patty shells (from frozen)
  • 2 apples (pieces)
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F / 200 C. Place the slightly defrosted patty shells on a baking tray and bake for 18 – 20 minutes. Once cooled, remove cut outs tops with a fork and save to use as lids.
  • Peel apples and cut in little pieces, mix with the sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Melt the butter add some water, cook apple mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes until apples are tender.
  • Reheat oven on 300 F / 180 C. Fill all the shells and put the lid on top and bake for another 5 – 7 minutes.
    Serve with ice- or whipping cream!
