Pulled Pork
Equipment
- slow cooker
Ingredients
- 1 kg Fresh Pork Shoulder or Blade Roast Steak
- 150 ml chicken broth
- 2 onion (chopped)
- 4 clove of garlic (chopped)
- 200 ml bbq sauce or chili sauce of your choice
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp paprika powder
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a bowl: chicken broth, chopped onion, chopped garlic, bbq sauce, brown sugar, dried thyme, olive oil, cayenne pepper, salt and paprika powder. Stir!
- Put pork in slow cooker and pour the mixture over the meat. Cook on high for 6 hours.
- Have a bun ready and cowl salad.
