Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Fresh Pork Shoulder or Blade Roast Steak
  • 150 ml chicken broth
  • 2 onion (chopped)
  • 4 clove of garlic (chopped)
  • 200 ml bbq sauce or chili sauce of your choice
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp paprika powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything together in a bowl: chicken broth, chopped onion, chopped garlic, bbq sauce, brown sugar, dried thyme, olive oil, cayenne pepper, salt and paprika powder. Stir!
  • Put pork in slow cooker and pour the mixture over the meat. Cook on high for 6 hours.
  • Have a bun ready and cowl salad.
