Broccoli Dip with Goat Cheese
Equipment

Ingredients
- 200 gram broccoli (boiled)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 gram goat cheese (soft)
- 1 small clove of garlic (minced)
Instructions
- Boil the broccoli for 2 minutes. Drain. Mix all together in blender, boiled broccoli, olive oil, goat cheese, minced garlic till it is a smooth sauce.
- Put in a bowl and add salt and pepper or chili pepper. Let stand for 30 minutes. Let the flavor absorb into the sauce.
- This dip is excellent with raw vegetables, brochette, soup stalks, baguette or tortilla chips.
