Honey Garlic Salmon Fillet
Equipment
- Oven dish, Broiler
Ingredients
- 30 gram butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ⅓ cup honey
- 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- pinch of red chili flakes
- 1 lemon in slices
- 3 medium size salmon fillet
Instructions
- Mix together the melted butter, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, brown sugar, Dijon mustard and chili flakes.
- Put lemon slices in oven dish and place the salmon fillet on top. Pour the mixture over the salmon fillet and let it marinade in the fridge for one hour. After 30 minutes brushing the marinade one more time over the salmon fillet.
- Take it out of the fridge and let it come back to room temperature for about 15 minutes. Preheat broiler and broil the salmon fillet for 10 minutes. Remove from broiler and brush the marinade over the salmon fillet and put back in the broiler for another 5 minutes. Done!
- Very tasty with rice and green Asperger, broccoli or spinach.
